​I have responsibility for Safeguarding and Permanence Services, which includes the Children’s Safeguarding team, the Children in Care team and Leaving Care services. The Children’s Safeguarding team is responsible for ensuring that all children and young people receiving a service have had their needs assessed and that there is an intervention plan in place to ensure that they receive the right support at the right time.
